Policies and Terms
Free Shipping:
All U.S. orders placed for delivery in the lower 48 states ship for free via USPS First Class mail. Free Shipping applies to continental US state addresses only (does not include Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.) Unfortunately USPS First Class mail does not offer tracking numbers, insurance or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not responsible for lost/missing shipments. We are extremely prompt and accurate with ship dates. USPS Priority, UPS or other expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. We do ship internationally however you must contact us for accurate costs prior to ordering. We will only ship to Paypal verified addresses unless payment is made with certified cashiers check or money order.
*For all international orders, including Canada, UltimateToolCo.com/ OMS Intl. Corp only accepts money orders (in US dollars), or cashiers checks (in US dollars) payable to "OMS Intl. Corp " and must clear accounts before any merchandise will be shipped.
*Unless notified otherwise, all in-stock orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days, most within 24 hours!
*Orders processed will show as: OMS International Corp. on your billing statement
*All CA residents pay 9.75% sales tax on orders
Shipping Discrepancies and Damages:
UltimateToolCo.com/OMS Intl. Corp . must be made aware of any and all discrepancy in your order within 48 hours of delivery. This includes incorrect parts and quantities. We can not file a claim, exchange or replace any item after this 14 day window.
1. Customers are responsible for reporting any damage to the packaging/items within 48 hours of reciept. Claims should be made via email and must include pictures of the damaged packaging and item.
2. All packaging in which damaged goods are received must be saved for carrier's inspection.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping plus cost of initial shipping on approved returns and exchanges
4. UltimateToolCo.com/OMS Intl. Corp will not accept any return shipments without an RMA number
ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF ULTIMATETOOLCO.COM/ OMS Intl. Corp
Return/Cancellation/Exchange Terms:
1. All cancellations and returns must be authorized by UltimateToolCo.com/ OMS Intl. Corp and an RMA number must be used when returning products or they will be denied
2. All order cancellations will be subject to a 20% fee; once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled
3. All authorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
4. Once 14 days have passed since a product was received or an item is used, it can no longer be returned
4. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY USED/ MODIFIED/ ABUSED/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
5. Authorized returns are for store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS
6. There are no cancellations on special order items
7. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods
8. Impact tools and sockets have no warranty and considered a competition use item
Limited Lifetime Warranty on KTC products
1. With the exception on KTC Panel Popper kits and Koken Thin wall impact sockets ALL items we sell carry a limited lifetime warranty.
2. KTC Panel Popper kits and Koken Thin wall impact sockets do not carry any warranty
3. All tools purchased must be used for their intended purposes ie. hand tool use only
4. Use of impact tools with KTC sockets (unless specified for impact tool use) will void this warranty
5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facilty for inspection of items in question
6. Due to gray market merchandise we cannot warranty items without UltimateToolCo.com/ OMS Intl. Corp receipt and/or packing slip from the original purchase verifiable by purchasers first/last name/email
7. Misuse and abuse: Claims where tools in question were used with impact equipment or addition of extension/leverage bars will not be granted
